The Company has received four Demand Orders from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax Delhi under Section 156 of the Income Tax Act 1961 ("Act") imposing penalty on account of alleged misreporting / under reporting of income resulting into demand aggregating to ~Rs.9.82 Crore.The requisite details as required under SEBI LODR Regulations read with Industry Standards are enclosed herewith.
