Elder Projects: Cancellation of Book Closure & AGM

Elder Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had sought extension of 3 months for holding of AGM from The
Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. ROC was pleased to grand the Company permission for holding AGM till 30th March 2015.

Hence the 29th Annual General Meeting which is scheduled to be held on December 30, 2014 at Company?s registered Office at Plot No. A-38/ 1, Patalganga Industrial Area, Village Khaire, Taluka Khalapur, District Raigad, Maharashtra 410 220 be cancelled.

The Company shall be holding its 29th Annual General Meeting by the end of March 2015 and the Company shall inform the date of AGM and the book closure dates, once the matter is placed on the Company?s Board and approved by them.
