With reference to the captioned subject we wish to inform you that the company has received the letter of resignation from the following directors on respective dates as mentioned below citing their inability to continue as Independent directors of the company due to certain reasons specified in their letters:
1. Mr. Harbhajan Singh Dhillon - Independent director (DIN: 05322003) - 01st October 2020
2. Mrs. Bindiya Joshi - Independent director (DIN: 08805246) - 01st October 2020
All the directors have confirmed that there are no other material reasons other than those provided in their respective letters. The letters of resignation received from them are attached herewith.
Therefore the management has accepted their resignation as Independent directors of the company w.e.f. closing of business hours of the respective dates as mentioned above and relieved them from their duties w.e.f. 01st October 2020.
