We wish to inform you that the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of JBF Industries Limited (the Company) will be held on Wednesday 30th September 2026 at 11.30 a.m. (I.S.T) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facility in accordance with the relevant circular issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in this regards.Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and Regulation 30(2) read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith the Annual Report for F.Y 2025-2026 along with the Notice of the AGM which is being sent electronically to the members whose Email IDs are registered with the Company / Companys Registrar and Share Transfer Agent M/s.
