Hella India Lighting Ltd has informed BSE that :
'With reference to our captioned letter, dated 19th December 2014, I would like to inform you that there is some inadvertent human error in Clause 1.9. i.e. 'Though before BSE could delist the Company scrip, some notorious group of shareholders investor filed an appeal before Hon?ble Supreme Court against the decision of SAT pleading for restraining the Delisting order.' of the said letter.
In view of the same, I request you all to kindly accept our apology and at the same time request you to please ignore the language of the said clause, since we have never intended to hurt our respectable stakeholders.'
