Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and the Gati Limited-Code for Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitor and Reporting of trading by insiders the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is required to be closed from the start of trading hours of July 01 2020 and the trading window will open after 48 hours of announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2020.
Further this is to inform you that our Trading Window which is closed now since April 01 2020 pursuant to our intimation dated March 31 2020 would continue to be closed till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for Quarter ending on June 30 2020.
The date of board meeting to consider and approve financial results for the quarter ended June 30 2020 shall be intimated separately in due course.
