B&A: Acquisition Of Moheema Tea Estate-Closure Of The Deal And Handover Of Tea Estate

Exchange is hereby informed that the Company has closed the deal with Dhaneswari Wood Products Limited (DWPL) to acquire its Moheema Tea Estate situated at Golaghat Assam. The process of acquisition has been completed today and the said garden has been handed over to the Company by DWPL.
