Change in Exit Load Structure for Samco Active Momentum Fund

This is to inform that, Samco Mutual Fund has announced a change in exit load structure for Samco Active Momentum Fund from "2% for redemption within 365 days, 1% for redemption between 366 - 730 days" to "2% for redemption within 365 days", with effect from June 15, 2023.
