Pursuant to Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform the Exchange that the Company has executed the post-listing Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Agreement with Bigshare Services Private Limited the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company. The agreement has been executed to ensure compliance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 to facilitate efficient share registry and investor-related services. This is submitted for the information of the Exchange and stakeholders.
