The Board has noted that Ms. NIKITA GOYAL (DIN NO 10339833) has furnished a declaration confirming that she meets the criteria of independence as prescribed under Section 149(6) of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 16(1)(b) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
