For the purpose of ascertaining shareholders of said IFGL Refractories Ltd (holding shares in physical as well as electronic mode) entitled to Equity Shares of IFGL Exports Ltd in the ratio of 1:1, 15th September, 2017 has been fixed as Record Date. This advance Notice is being sent following Regulation 42 of SEBI LODR, 2015.
