- To consider and take on record the unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report thereon for the 3rd quarter and 9 months ended December 31, 2015.
Further, As per the Companys CODE OF FAIR DISCLOSURES and CODE OF CONDUCT under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from January 27, 2016 to February 06, 2016 (both days inclusive).
