MCS Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2015, inter alia, has decided the following:
1. The B.O.D. has discussed, reviewed and taken notes of updated status of case no. 219 of 2011 'PNB VS MCS LTD'.
2. The B.O.D. has discussed, reviewed and taken notes of liquidation order passed by Bombay High order with reference to case no. 219 of 2011, last date of hearing of appeal was on July 21, 2015 but the case was not listed and no further information yet.
3. The B.O.D. has discussed, reviewed and taken notes of BIFR - Matters. BIFR registered in the board and issued as Case No. 68/2015.
