Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2026;3. Auditors Report (Standalone & Consolidated) for the year ended 31st March 2026.4. Recommendation of final dividend @10% i.e. Re.1/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the year ended 31st March 2026.
