To approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Cash Flow Statement and Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on 30th June 2026 and2. In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives / dependents from 1st July 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2026.The Board Meeting which was to be held on Thursday 13th August 2026 has been revised to Friday 14th August 2026.
