Quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2020
Pursuant to letter dated 06th November 2020 where the Company had intimated to the Stock Exchange that Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2020 be considered and disseminated on Thursday 12th November 2020 but now it hereby decided that due to non-availability Resolution Professional (RP) we are unable to disseminate the same on 12th November 2020 and rather than the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2020 will consider and disseminate on Friday the 13th November 2020.
