Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the LODR this is to inform you that the Honble NCLT Mumbai Bench vide its Order dated 08th February 2021 has ordered liquidation of Pratibha Industries Limited
Considering the various ongoing infrastructure projects of the Company it has been decided to keep the Company as going concern for its beneficial liquidation.
