In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Honble NCLT, Mumbai has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Aroni Commercials Limited (Transferor Company) with Saraswati Commercial (India) Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors (Scheme) on March 16, 2017. The Company is awaiting the receipt of the certified copy of the order from the Honble NCLT, Mumbai. The Scheme will come into effect upon filling certified true copy of order with the Registrar of Companies at Mumbai. Kindly take the same on your records and oblige.
