At the outset we wish to inform you that Siti Networks Ltd. ("the Company") is undergoing CIRP pursuant to an order dtd. February 22 2023 ("said Order") passed by the Honble NCLT Mumbai. The said Order appointed Mr. Rohit Mehra as the Interim Resolution Professional of the Company who was subsequently confirmed as the Resolution Professional by the Committee of Creditors ("CoC") in its meeting.Pursuant to Reg.30 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No.SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated Nov. 11 2024 we wish to inform you that consequent upon approval of CoC u/s 28(1)(m) of the IBC Code M/s Vijaya Gupta & Co. Chartered Accountants (Firm Reg. No. 001314N) as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for conducting the statutory audit for the FY 2025-26 and 2026-27 and LR for Q3 & Q4 of FY 2025-26 and Q1 to Q4 of FY 2026-27 in place of DNS & Associates Chartered Accountants Gurugram who has resigned from the Statutory Auditor of the Company.
