Compact Disc India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve, the audited financial results of the year ended March 31, 2014.
Further, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulation. 1992 the 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 20, 2014 to May 30, 2014 (both days inclusive).
