Re-appointment of Ms. Urmi prasad (DIN: 00319482) as the Joint Managing Director of the Company for the term of his appointment as a Managing Director for a period of five (5) years effective from April 01 2027 to March 31 2032. 2. Re-appointment of Ms. Charita Thakkar (DIN: 00321561) as the Joint Managing Director of the Company for the term of his appointment as a Managing Director for a period of five (5) years effective from April 01 2027 to March 31 2032 subject to the approval of Central Government as the Ms. Charita Thakkar is an Non-Resident Indian.
