This is further to our letter dated November 10, 2016. This is to inform that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Bengaluru and NCLT Chennai vide their respective Orders dated 21st April 2017, have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with E.I.D.- Parry (India ) Ltd. The Scheme with appointed date of 01-04-2016 will be effective upon filing of the Certified True Copy of the Order of NCLT with the respective Registrar of Companies.
