Sabero Organics Gujarat Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. G. Veera Bhadram who was appointed as President & Whole-time Director of the Company for the period of 3 (Three) years from December 19, 2011 to December 18, 2014, ceased to be Whole-time Director on completion of his term on December 18, 2014. However, he will continue to act as a Director of the Company.
