Alankit Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 11, 2016, inter alia, have considered and declared the Interim Dividend @ Re. 0.20 per share on face value of equity share of Rs. 2 each. Further the Board considered and fixed the Record date on January 21, 2016.
