This is to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday 24.09.2026 till Wednesday 30.09.2026 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the members of the Company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting(AGM) to be held on 30.09.2026. Further the Company has fixed Wednesday 23.09.2026 as the cut-off date for the purpose of e-voting.
