Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 please find the enclosed copy of Intimation/Reminder Intimation letter/email to shareholders. The above Intimation/reminder intimation letter was sent to shareholders today i.e 30th July 2026 who have not claimed their dividend for seven years and whose shares are liable for transfer to the IEPF Authority. This is pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting Audit Transfer and Refund) Rules 2016.
