Micro Technologies (India) Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Mukund Gupta, Executive Director of the Company had been suffering with certain health issues since last 2 years pertaining to eye sight problem and hence, he was not actively involved in the Company and he has decided to step down from the Management of the Company.
