Merger of ICICI Pru Blended Plan-Plan B into ICICI Pru Banking & PSU Debt Fund

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has decided to merge ICICI Prudential Blended Plan-Plan B into ICICI Prudential Banking & PSU Debt Fund. The merger shall however not result in the emergence of any new scheme as ICICI Prudential Blended Plan-Plan B will be merged in the Surviving Scheme ICICI Prudential Banking & PSU Debt Fund.

The effective date for the merger will be October 8, 2016. The exit option, without payment of exit load, will be available to the investors from September 6, 2016 to October 7, 2016.
