HSBC Mutual Fund has decided to introduce new sub-options under the Dividend Option of HSBC Income Fund - Short Term Plan and HSBC Cash Fund with effect from August 17, 2016. The sub-options details are as follows:

| HSBC Income Fund - Short Term Plan | Quarterly dividend with payout and reinvestment facilities Quarterly dividend with reinvestment facility shall be the default sub-option |
| HSBC Cash Fund | Weekly dividend with payout facility |
