DHFL Pramerica Mutual Fund has changed the exit load structure of DHFL Pramerica Credit Opportunities Fund, DHFL Pramerica Short Maturity Fund and DHFL Pramerica Income Advantage Fund with effect from June 1, 2016 as follows:

| DHFL Pramerica Credit Opportunities Fund | 1% if units in excess of 10% are redeemed within 1 year |
| DHFL Pramerica Short Maturity Fund | 0.75% if units in excess of 10% are redeemed within 6 months |
| DHFL Pramerica Income Advantage Fund | 1.5% if units in excess of 10% are redeemed within 1 year |
