Merger of Mirae Asset Short Term Bond Fund into Mirae Asset Cash Management Fund

Mirae Asset Mutual Fund has approved the merger of Mirae Asset Short Term Bond Fund (Transferor Scheme) with Mirae Asset Cash Management Fund (Transferee Scheme) with effect from March 4, 2016.

Post-merger Transferor scheme shall cease to exist while Transferee Scheme will retain its identity with all the features available prior to merger.
