1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company w.e.f 11th February 2021.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Jitendra Jain as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f 11th February 2021.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Krupal Upadhyay as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 15th February 2021.
