PALSOFT INFOSYSTEMS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/07/2020 inter alia to consider and approve Audited Financial results for the year ended March 31 2020.
The meeting which was scheduled today was adjourned due to want of financial information by the members of the Board. The management assures the board to provide the same by July 29 2020 and hence board meeting was adjourned till July 29 2020
