This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, Regulations, 2015 a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 14th February, 2018, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017.
Further as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from 7th February, 2018 to 16th February, 2018 (both days inclusive)
