We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on 20th March 2019 have considered and declared Interim Dividend @ Re. 0.20 per share on face value of equity share of Re. 1 each at the rate of 20%. Further the Board considered and fixed the Record date as 29th March 2019 to determine the name of Shareholders for the entitlement of Interim Dividend.
