This is to inform that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed from Friday 1st January 2021 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ending on 31st December 2020 to the Stock Exchange.
Accordingly the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Equity shares of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
The date of Board Meeting for approval of the Financial Results for the quarter ending on 31st December 2020 shall be intimated in due course.
