ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund announces change in Fund Manager and Roll Over of schemes

ICICI Prudential AMC has introduced Mr. George Heber Joseph as the fund manager of ICICI Pru Tax Plan, ICICI Pru Growth Fund Series-8 and ICICI Pru Child Care Plan - Gift Plan, along with the existing Fund managers.

The Fund House also extended the maturity date of ICICI Pru FMP Series 74 369 Days Plan B and ICICI Pru FMP Series 74 369 Days Plan F, by 756 and 755 days respectively. The schemes will now mature on May 22, 2017, against the previous April 28, 2015 and April 29, 2015 respectively.

The AMC announced dividend under ICICI Pru FMP Series 72 440D Plan L Direct-D and ICICI Pru FMP Series 72 440D Plan L Reg-D at ₹0.036.

The record date has been fixed as April 22, 2015.
