JPMorgan Emerging Europe, Middle East And Africa Equity Offshore Fund merges into JPMorgan Emerging Market Opportunities Equity Offshore Fund

JP Morgan Mutual Fund has announced the merger of JPMorgan Emerging Europe, Middle East And Africa Equity Offshore Fund merges into JPMorgan Emerging Market Opportunities Equity Offshore Fund. Post merger, JPMorgan Emerging Europe, Middle East And Africa Equity Offshore Fund shall cease to exist.

The existing unit holders, who do not approve of the above merger, have an option to exit the scheme anytime between December 01, 2014 to December 30, 2014 without paying any exit load.

The change will be effective from January 01, 2015.
