Ganga Papers India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. Further please note that the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares by designated persons has been closed from July 01 2026 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results.
