Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has announced the merger of Templeton India Children's Asset Plan- Gift Plan into FT India Balanced Fund. Following the merger, Templeton India Children's Asset Plan- Gift Plan shall cease to exist.
The existing unit holders, who do not approve of the above merger, have an option to exit the scheme anytime between July 09, 2014 to August 07, 2014 without paying any exit load.
The change will be effective from August 08, 2014.
