Pursuant to Reg 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations") we wish to inform you that the second consecutive term of appointment of Mrs. Varsha Sanghai (DIN :- 07445502) as Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company has concluded upon conclusion of 42nd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 22nd September 2026. Accordingly she has ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 22nd September 2026 upon completion of her second consecutive term of office.The relevant details as required under Reg 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 are enclosed as Annexure A.
