Kemrock Industries and Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on February 15, 2016, for approving the standalone un-audited financial results for quarter ended December 31, 2015 could not be held due to want of quorum and hence the same stands adjourned.
The next date of the Adjourned Board Meeting will be informed, after consulting with the Board of Directors.
