The Board of Directors in their meeting held today (i.e. February 10, 2018) approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017. The meeting commenced at 3:00 p.m. and concluded at 4:00 p.m.
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are herewith enclosing the copy of the said financial results along with the copy of the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
