This is to inform that as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated persons in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended the Trading Window of the Company i.e. Corporate Courier and Cargo Limited shall remain closed from January 01st 2023 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the dissemination of the un-audited financial results of the Company (both days inclusive) for the quarter ended on 31st December 2022.
