Sat Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2014, the Trading window for designated employees (including Directors) of the Company shall remain closed from November 10, 2014 and shall reopen on November 17, 2014 in accordance with code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 1992. During the period , the Directors , Designated Employees and their dependents shall not deal in the Shares of the Company.
