This is to inform you that the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday 10th September 2026 at 01:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and 34(1)(a) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we submit herewith the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26 along with the Notice convening the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
