VBC Ferro Alloys: Board Meeting Outcome for The Board Of Directors Meeting Held On 22.08.2026

The Board of Directors have decided the following at their meeting held on 22.08.2026:a) Based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee Shri PV Rao (DIN: 00149599) has been re-appointed as Whole-time Director of the Company for a further period of five (5) years with effect from 28th October 2026 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.b) The Board decided to convene the 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company on Wednesday 30th September 2026 at 3:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) and accordingly approved the Notice of the 44th Annual General Meeting.c) The Board decided to close the Register of Members from 23rd September 2026 to 30th September 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting.
