Pramerica Mutual Fund declares dividend

Pramerica Mutual Fund has announced dividend under the dividend option of Pramerica Fixed Duration Series 10 Reg-D and Pramerica Fixed Duration Series 10 Direct-D.

The quantum of dividend will be the entire distributable surplus as on the record date. The record date has been fixed as November 27, 2013.
