Investors subscribing to SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) facility in any fund of the AMC would need to submit their SIP request at least 30 days before first debit date. Also, the start date of first SIP should be within 90 days of SIP request date.
Introduction of Quarterly Dividend Frequency: ICICI Prudential MF announced Quarterly Dividend frequency under the dividend option of ICICI Prudential Blended Plan-Plan B, in both regular and direct plan of the scheme.
Change in SID of ICICI Prudential Equity Arbitrage Fund: Maximum investment amount, per investor, across all folios in the scheme cost has been revised to Rs 1 Crore. Investors shall be identified on the basis of their PAN number for this purpose.
All changes will be effective from July 26, 2013.
