Dr.Datsons Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon?ble Bombay High Court, while allowing certain application filed by the creditors of the Company in winding up petitions, vide its order dated February 18, 2015 (uploaded on website on March 27, 2015), appointed the official liquidator attached to the Bombay High Court as the provisional liquidator of Dr. Datsons Labs Limited (the 'Company') and directed the provisional liquidator to forthwith take charge/possession of the Company?s assets, properties, stock in trade, books of account, bank account and all other assets of the Company.
Pursuant to the aforesaid order, on April 30, 2015, the Official Liquidator took possession of the registered office of the Company along with moveable?s lying therein.
